:Ancient house built on 1700. It’s a typical Ibiza construction built with cubicles with different highs and levels, with exterior white fronts and “sabina” joists. Panoramic views to the valley, sea and Formentera Island. Built area: 550 square meters. Land 8.000 square meters.
The “finca” has three constructions: Main house, guest house and service house. Bellow the houses there are different Mediterranean gardens and Fruit trees, swimming pool (40 square meters) with wood furniture in a big “solarium” around it, an ecologic vegetable garden, BBQ dinning area, several “chill out” terraces and forest areas.
